Bat-Tron
Bat-Tron!
Here my post this week for the Tron theme ( I think its Tron week at least… ). Had a lot of fun working on this. Its 11 X 17, brush and ink. I was worried that my slightly sloppy style may not translate to “Tron”, but I think it works. I added the title at the last minute to complete everything.
As a bonus I have some progress shots and the thumbnail.

Dobby
This image resume the HP7 part 1 movie, we can see that all the movies come together at this one, and we see Dobby in a new role, the role of Savior, I hope you like it guys 
The Boy Who Lived
Harry Potter week continues with my version of Harry. I’ll probably update with colors after the holiday, but I’m actually enjoying the line art a lot. I think I was influenced by manga a bit with this one? Maybe?

Harry and Dumbledore
After being thoroughly inspired by Bobby, I worked all night on a dragon piece for the Harry Potter week. I did a Chinese Fireball chasing Krum on a broomstick, only to have my dog Sandor knock over a bottle of ink as I was putting in the last bits. I didn;t have the heart ot re-attempt, so I did an alternate piece – one of my favorite scenes – The Inferi in the Sea Cave.

Harry Potter Week begins!
Harry Potter is back in theaters this week in the penultimate chapter to his sprawling adventure. We here at the Comic Social Club offer a toast to J.K. Rowling’s outstandingly entertaining opus and hope to one day see the world of Harry Potter explored in our favorite medium, COMICS.
To that end, we present you with Harry Potter week, and I’ll kick it off with one of my favorite characters, Luna Lovegood, communing with a family of thestrals. I hope you like it.

Late Entry to Invincible Week!
Better late than never. I hope I’m not giving a bad first impression being late on my first day! Anyway, As a big fan of Invincible, I really wanted to do a special piece and I hope everyone enjoys it. Looking at it now, my experiments didn’t provide the results I hoped for but I am happy with it none the less and hopes it meets the high watermark set by the other members of this social club:
I haven’t had much experience with the digital coloring but hopefully my next attempt will show improvement.
